Buffer’s simple, interest + hidden costs-free service was a breath of fresh air in a financial service industry. We wanted to communicate this in a no nonsense way, through a clean, bold brand identity. From font and icons to tone of voice and human imagery, we helped Buffer stand out and resonate for its simplicity and ease.
We brought this brand identity to life through a modern website, with a clear navigation, imagery and guided process enabling simple sign-up and use of their platform.
To drive home their messaging, we devised a communications strategy, culminating in a fun, playful video. Buffer in a Minute showed the simple steps necessary to use Buffer and the immediacy of the service offering in a relatable, familiar format.
We continue working with Buffer today creating marketing collateral and print/editorial features in magazines to promote their incredible service to businesses in need.
