Having worked with Leighs for close to 10 years on their digital marketing, they sought our help in 2019, to help them refresh their brand identity and online presence for a new chapter in their business growth.
Initial research with Leighs revealed the industry was based largely on authenticity and trust. Promotional activity is generally met with skepticism and the real measure of a businesses worth was their track record.
From director Anthony Leighs at the helm, to their independent board, and diverse projects, key visuals introduce customers and visitors to the people behind the business and their work throughout New Zealand and beyond. A simple headline, ‘Proudly building..’ became a growing, ever-changing descriptor of the output of their efforts, from schools, hospitals and cities, to careers, lives, and futures.
From a technical perspective, we sought to shift Leighs to a more modern tech stack, providing contemporary functionality, simplicity in content management and an intuitive user experience.
